Reservation Deposit Form

 In order to complete your reservation, you are required to calculate and make a deposit. You may do so by calling us or by completing the form below.

DEPOSIT AMOUNT:

Partial Outfitting $100.00 per group
Complete Outfitting $100.00 per person
Non-profit Group Partial Outfitting $200.00 per group
Non-profit Group Complete Outfitting $80.00 per person

Deposit Form

 Payment Policy: We accept cash, Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover credit cards, or personal checks. When payment is made by check we also need you to provide a credit card number. NOTE: All rates are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable; however, they may be applied to a future trip (within 3 years) at Williams & Hall. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to cancellations with less than one week notice. Prepaid camping fees are 100% refundable as long as a reservation is cancelled 3 days before the trip is scheduled to begin. The reservation fee is non-refundable. In Quetico Park, the refund of camping fees is determined by when the reservation is cancelled. The reservation fee is non-refundable.

We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
